Step 1: Calculate total word count


Calculating the total word count will help you the customer determine the price of our services for your project. Maximum of 275 words per page (Not including cover page or reference page). Some people may choose to count each word by hand. Here is a quick and easy way to calculate the total word count of your project when using Microsoft Word. Highlight all the text exlcuding cover and reference pages. Locate the toolbar and select Tools. Once you are in the Tools menu scroll down until you see Word Count. Click on Word Count and a box will be displayed showing your total word count.


NOTE: For our writing services, please determine the total word count of your project.


Step 2: Rates


Editing and Proofreading Services


Express Turnaround (8 hours - 24 hours) = $5.00 per page

Quick Turnaround (36 hours - 96 hours) = $4.00 per page

Standard Turnaround (36 hours - 96 hours) = $3.00 per page


Writing Services 


Express Turnaround (8 hours - 24 hours) = $8.00 per page

Quick Turnaround (36 hours - 96 hours) = $7.00 per page

Step 3: Purchase


Payment is made easy through PayPal's online secured servers. PayPal is the safe and easy way to purchase products online. As stated in FAQ section, PayPal services allows you the customer to pay by using your credit card, or bank account without sharing your financial information. See purchase section.

Step 4: Send us your project


Send us by e-mail your Microsoft Word formatted document as an attachment to info@essentialedits.net. In the subject section of your e-mail, please indicate your full name and payment confirmation number. In the body of your email, let us know your preferred turnaround time and any concerns our editiors should look for when editing your project, such as writing style. You will receive periodic updates via e-mail on the progress of your project.
